When designing our latest project, we aimed to provide each of our clients with a home where they can get away from the stress of daily life and enjoy themselves. The largest weekly market in the area, where you will find locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, as well as lots of homemade produce is set up each Wednesday just 300 metres from Emerald Grand Deluxe.

The lively Alanya city centre is 23 km from the exclusive Emerald Grand Deluxe. Where you will find all the shopping amenities that you could need.  The largest shopping centre in Alanya,  Alanyum,  is just 25 km away, as well as the large cash and carry, Metro which is 25,6 km away. Metro is the largest of the cash and carries in Alanya.

Entertainment and Restaurants

In the busy Avsallar centre you will find a wide selection of restaurants and cafes. These of course include traditional Turkish restaurants, amazing fish restaurants, as well as Russian, Indian, Persian, Chinese and French cooking, as well as much more.

Avsallar is also home to one of the most famous beaches in Turkey, Incekum beach, which is 800 metres from Emerald Grand Deluxe. We will also have a free shuttle service to and from the beach for our residents. There are also several amazing restaurants and cafes along the beach front.

Health facilities

Alanya is home to 4 large hospitals and several smaller polyclinics. 3 of the hospitals are private hospitals and there is 1 state of the art government hospital.  The government hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital. The hospital was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners. There is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Yasam Hospital, and the Anatolia Hospital. All of which are located in the Alanya city centre. T

Travelling facilities

Within driving distance of the modern Emerald Grand Deluxe project there are 2 international airports. The closest airport is the smaller of the 2, the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, which is 64 km away. There are international flights each week to and from the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport. As well as several daily domestic flights. These include daily flights to and from some of the largest airports in Turkey. Such as Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.

The largest of the 2 airports, the Antalya International Airport  is 103 km away.  There are several international and domestic flights to and from Antalya every day.
