Along the beach front, which is 2,7 km from this modern complex, there are also a wide selection of cafes to sit and have a relaxing drink while watching the amazing views Alanya has to offer.

Shopping Facilities

This family complex is located in the quiet residential district of Oba. There are several supermarkets, shops and more all within a short drive of the project.  You will find the closest supermarket to the project, 950 metres away.

The busy Alanya city is 6 km away and has all the shopping facilities that you could need. There is also the large cash & carry, Metro 2,4 km from the project, and the largest shopping centre of Alanya, Alanyum is 3,1 km away. Here you will find a great range of stores and restaurants to enjoy.

Travelling facilities

International travel is easily accessible from Alanya with 2 international airports within driving distance. The larger of the 2, the Antalya International Airport is located 130 km away. Several international and domestic flights arrive and depart from Antalya every day. The second airport is the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport which is 40 km from the project. This smaller airport has weekly international flights and several daily domestic flights daily. The domestic flights connect Alanya to some of the largest cities in Turkey. Flights are available to Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and Ankara Esenboga Airport.

Turkey also has a great network for travelling by bus. Intercity buses run every day to every city in Turkey. The main bus station of Alanya is located in the city centre and there are also collection points located throughout Alanya.

Educational facilities

Alanya is home to a large number of both public and private schools for children of all ages. All of the private schools provide Turkish lessons for foreign students and also give lessons in English. Yasam Tasarim Colllege is the closest school to this project, just 400 m away.

Within Alanya there are 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University  which is a private university which is located in Cikcilli and the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya. There are also several public and private nursery schools throughout Alanya.

Health facilities

There have been many improvements made to the health care system in Turkey over the last few years. Within Alanya there are a total of 4 hospitals. These include 3 private hospitals. They are the Baskent Hospital, the Anatolia Hospital and the Yasam Hospital. There is also a large state of the art state hospital, the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital. The state hospital is 1,8 km away. It was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. You will also find many smaller polyclinics throughout Alanya, which are equipped to deal with minor ailments.
