This apartment is located in the heart of the Alanya city centre and all the shopping facilities the city centre has to offer are all on your door step. The closest supermarket to the project is SOK, which is 180 m away. There is also a great weekly market set up 600 m from the project, where you will find a vast selection of locally grown organic fruit and vegetables, lots of homemade produce such as cheese, jams and much more. There is also a large fish market 550 m away. At the fish market you can a vast selection of locally caught fish and other sea foods. Within the fish market not only can you buy fresh sea food but you can also have it cooked in one of the local restaurants.

The largest shopping centre in Alanya, Alanyum is 4,3 km away and Metro the largest of the 3 cash and carries in Alanya is 5,1 km away.

Health facilities

Alanya is home to 4 large hospitals and several smaller polyclinics. 3 of the hospitals are private hospitals and there is 1 state of the art government hospital. The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Yasam Hospital, and the Anatolia Hospital. All 3 private hospitals are located in the Alanya city centre. The government hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, is located in Oba. Alanya is also home to 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University, which is a private university and is located in Cikcilli. The second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya. There are also several public and private nursery schools throughout Alanya.

Travelling facilities

There are 2 international airports within driving distance of Alanya. The closest airport to Alanya, is the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, which is 42 km away from this project. There are international flights to and from Alanya Gazipasa each week, as well as daily domestic flights to the largest airports in Turkey. These include the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and Ankara Esenboga Airport. The larger of the 2 airports, Antalya International Airport is 124 km away and there are several international flights which arrive and depart from Antalya every day.
