The larger of the 2 airports, the Antalya International Airport  is 124 km away.  There are several international and domestic flights to and from Antalya every day.  The smaller of the 2, the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport,  is 42 km away. There are international flights each week to and from the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, as well as several daily domestic flights. These include daily flights to and from some of the largest airports in Turkey. Such as Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.

Educational facilities

For families with children, Alanya has a wide selection of both public and private schools available.  The majority of private schools in Alanya provide foreign students with lesson in English as well as aiding them in learning Turkish.  Most private schools contain a nursery school, a primary school, a secondary school as well as a high school within their campuses.  There closest school to this exclusive project is the Alanya Yedi Bilim College, 1,4 km away.

Alanya is also home to 2 universities. AHEP, the Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University, which is a private university and is located in Cikcilli. The second is the Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. Which was established in 2015 and is a public university, in Kestel, Alanya. Health facilities

Alanya is home to 4 large hospitals and several smaller polyclinics. 3 of the hospitals are private hospitals and there is 1 state of the art government hospital. The government hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, which is located in Oba. The hospital was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Yasam Hospital, and the Anatolia Hospital. All of which are located in the Alanya city centre and the closest hospital to this project is the Yasam Hospital 1,5 km away.
