Shopping Facilities

This refurbished apartment is located in the Mahmutlar town centre, there are several supermarkets, shops and more all within a short walk. The closest supermarket to the project is 110 metres away. The busy Alanya city is 13 km away and has all the shopping facilities that you could need. The largest shopping centre of Alanya, Alanyum is 11 km away. Here you will find a great range of stores and restaurants to enjoy.

The local weekly market, which is set up 1.5 km from the apartment, every Saturday. At the weekly market you will find locally grown fresh and organic fruits and vegetables, locally produced produce such as cheese, butter and preserves, as well as clothing, textiles, toys, shoes and more.

Restaurants and Cafes

Alanya has many neighbourhoods and each of them have their own centre with a selection of restaurants and cafes. These restaurants and cafes cater to all tastes, which are located in the Mahmutlar town centre just a few minutes’ walk away; wither you are looking for traditional Turkish food or something a little different. Some of these restaurants specialise in Russian, Persian, Chinese and European cuisine. Along the beach front, 500 metres from this beautiful apartment, there are also a wide selection of cafes to sit and have a relaxing drink while watching the amazing views Alanya has to offer.

Health facilities

There have been many improvements made to the health care system in Turkey over the last few years. Within Alanya there are a total of 4 hospitals. These include 3 private hospitals. They are the Baskent Hospital, the Anatolia Hospital and the Yasam Hospital. There is also a large state of the art state hospital, the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital. The state hospital is located in Oba. It was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital. You will also find many smaller polyclinics throughout Alanya, which are equipped to deal with minor ailments.

Travelling facilities

The modern apartment is located within driving distance of 2 international airports. The first is the larger of the 2 airports, the Antalya International Airport, which is 140 km away. There are several international and domestic flights which arrive and depart from Antalya every day. The second airport is the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, which is 29 km away. Some international flights arrive and depart from Gazipasa Airport each week and there are also daily domestic flights to some of the largest airports in Turkey. These include the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport in Istanbul and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.  Turkey also has well established bus routes in place, making intercity travel very easy in Turkey. The main bus station of Alanya is located in the Alanya city centre and there are also collection points throughout Alanya and the surrounding areas.
