Shopping Facilities

This modern project is located on a hill side in Kestel, a fast-developing area of Alanya. The lively Alanya city centre is just 8 km away and is easily accessible with the regular buses that run between Kestel and the city centre. Alanyum, the largest shopping centre in Alanya is 6 km away and the main cash & carry of Alanya, Metro is 5,6 km away.

The private hospitals are the Baskent Hospital, the Yasam Hospital, and the Anatolia Hospital. All of which are all located within the Alanya city centre. The government hospital is the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education and Research Hospital, is located in Oba, 5,2 km from this project. The hospital was opened in 2017 and offers treatment for both local residents and foreigners and there is also a modern dentistry hospital beside the state hospital.

 Travelling facilities

Within driving distance of this modern project there are 2 international airports. The largest of the 2 airports is the Antalya International Airport which is 135 km away.  There are many international and domestic flights to and from Antalya every day.  The smaller of the 2 airports, the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport is 37 km away. There are a few international flights each week to and from the Alanya Gazipasa International Airport, as well as several daily domestic flights. These include daily flights to and from some of the largest airports in Turkey. Such as the new Istanbul Airport, Sahiba Gokcen Airport and the Ankara Esenboga Airport.
