Voor hen die op zoek zijn naar de beste plek om te investeren in onroerend goed in het buitenland aan het begin van 2010 zijn geadviseerd Turkije als locatie in overweging te nemen. <\/p>\n

Volgens Property Abroad groeit het land in populariteit bij vakantiegangers, vooral uit Groot-Brittanni\u00eb, omdat de Lira een gunstiger wisselkoers heeft voor het pond dan de euro, gezien vanuit het oogpunt van de Britse consument. <\/p>\n

De vier locaties die als bijzonder worden opgemerkt zijn Alanya, Dalaman, Belek en Altinkum met haar nieuwe jachthaven. <\/p>\n

Al deze locaties zijn goedkoper in onroerend goed en hebben genoeg huurvraag, vermeldt het portaal. <\/p>\n

Hurghada in Egypte en Tenerife op de Canarische Eilanden waren ook getipt als gunstige locaties. <\/p>\n

Eerder deze maand, identificeerde de internationale hypotheek firma Conti Turkije als een snel groeiende markt en wijst erop dat 13 procent van haar hypothecaire onderzoek tot eind 2009 Turkije betreft, wat het tot de op twee na populairste kopersbestemming maakt.
