Procedure D’Achat en Turquie, le titre de propriété est appelé «TAPU». C’est un document officiel et légal pour prouver les droits de propriété d’une propriété. Il indique le (s) propriétaire (s), l’emplacement, le type de propriété, les données cadastrales et le prix.

Toutes nos offres sont des propriétés en Turquie. Une fois que vous possédez une propriété en Turquie, vous en avez la pleine propriété.

La procédure d’achat en Turquie est assez simple et sûre

Une fois vous avez choisi votre appartement ou villa,  Alanya Properties rédigera un contrat de vente entre le vendeur et l’acheteur. Cet accord comprend les détails de la propriété et également le plan de paiement. Dans cette première étape, une acompte  vous sera également demandée avec un minimum de 1000 €. Après paiement et signature, on peut procéder à une demande de transfert de propriété.

Pour commencer le transfert de l’acte de propriété, nous avons besoin de 2 photos d’identité des acheteurs et nous demandons immédiatement un numéro d’enregistrement turc. Lorsque la demande est déposée auprès du bureau d’enregistrement local des titres de propriété, il faudra jusqu’à 1 semaine pour terminer le processus. Vous serez invité avec le vendeur au bureau d’enregistrement des titres de propriété pour terminer le processus et recevoir votre titre de propriété (TAPU). Le prix d’achat doit être payé en totalité avant que le transfert puisse avoir lieu. Les frais d’inscription doivent également être payés à l’avance.

Si vous ne pouvez pas venir en Turquie pour terminer le transfert de votre titre de propriété, vous pouvez nous donner une procuration notariée pour agir en votre nom et terminer la procédure en votre nom et recevoir le Tapu.

En Turquie, les ventes peuvent être traitées directement avec le bureau d’enregistrement.
